Windows 11 is out Today
It's October the 5th, 2021, and Microsoft has launched the latest version of its Windows operating system. Windows 11 will be a free update from version 10, which will be offered to you in the coming months.
At this point, we are recommending not updating right away!
We can help you if you wish to upgrade as there are a few system requirements needed for it to run smoothly.
We can carry out all the necessary checks to make sure you can run Windows 11, make certain programs you currently have will continue to run correctly and carry out a backup before you upgrade just in case it fails, or something happens. We wouldn't want your files to be corrupted and lost forever. (in fact, you should backup up your computer anyways - you can talk to us about this too)
We can also put a block in place, which will stop it installing in some situations.
If you have any questions, please let me know. We have a computer in the office running it if you would like to look at Windows 11 in operation.
