To Setup Your Hosted Exchange account on a Windows Phone
In the App list, tap Settings, and then tap Email + accounts.
Do one of the following:
If you have Windows Phone 8 or 8.1, tap Add an account > Exchange.
If you have Windows Phone 7 or 7.5, tap Add an account > Outlook.
Enter your full email address, for example, This email address is being protected from spambots. The full settings if you need them are
E-mail: The user’s full email address
Server: cas.cloudplatform1.com
Domain: At first leave blank, if no connection, then enter: cloudplatform1.com
Username: The user’s full email address
Password: The user’s email password
Use SSL: “ON”
Advanced Setup
From the home screen pull down from the top.
Tap Settings
Tap on Accounts
Tap on Email & App accounts
Tap on Add an Account
Tap on Exchange
Type in your email address and click next
Type in your email password and click next.
Click Sign In
Make sure the username is your full email address.
Tap on Advanced.
Type in the server as cas.cloudplatform1.com
Click done
