Pull the notification tray down from the top and tap on All Settings

2. Log onto the Control Panel and navigate to the WORKSPACE section.

3. Select the email(s) to be marked as spam and tick the box at the extreme left of that row.

4. Move up to the USER OPTIONS tab and using the drop down menu select the SPAM option.

The email search facility can be performed on, Inbound emails, outbound emails or a combination of both. First set the direction of email flow to search:

Once the direction is chosen, customers have the ability to search by inputting keywords within the column headers. Please note that all text entered within the column headers should be encapsulated by an asterisk: eg: *everycloudtech.com* or

within the subject column *Hi my friend*

Customers can also filter by manipulating the ‘Date’ drop down menu and/or the ‘Display filter’ drop down menu in order to create pre-defined search criteria. Please be aware that the ‘Display filter’ drop down menu provides 7 different options contained with it’s criteria; as below.

Follow these steps to setup your Exchange ActiveSync account your iOS device:

1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Exchange

2. Enter the information in the fields below, then hit ‘Next’

3. Your iOS device will now try to locate your Exchange Server. If necessary, you will need to enter your front-end Exchange Server’s complete address in the ‘Server’ field which is cas.cloudplatform1.com

4. Upon completion you will be given the option to choose which types of data to sync with your Exchange account.

1. From your Android home screen access your phone settings and then ‘Accounts’. Then select ‘Add Exchange ActiveSync’ account.

2. Enter your Email address and Password. Mark ‘Send email from this account by default’ (available only if you have already added another email account) to set this as the default email account and then touch ‘Next’

3. Your device will attempt to automatically find the additional details needed to set up your account. If it is successful, you will skip to Step 5. If it cannot automatically find the additional details needed, you will see the message ‘Setup could not finish’. Touch ‘Edit details’ or ‘configure manually’ to enter the additional information manually

4. Verify the Exchange server settings are correct, and touch ‘Next’

5. Review the ‘Activation’ screen. Un-mark the ‘Always show’ option if you do not want to see this message again when setting up an ActiveSync account, and touch ‘OK’
