Paul is always helpful in sorting problems and looking after our laptops. For some problems all we have to do his ring him up and he will log into the laptop and fix the problem we don't even have to leave the office. Let's put it this way, when it comes to computer problems - either hard or software – then sadly I am not really the sharpest knife in the drawer. Yet the smooth running of my IT system is absolutely essential to the success of my home-based Patient-centred management consultancy Peter Canham Associates.
