Email from DHL regarding Delivery Problem

For a number of years there has being a fake DHL emailing doing the rounds which has an attachment which is normally a virus, as an exe file (or program file) which when download can cause harm to your computer.

This is an example of the email

Dear customer!

We were not able to deliver the package you have sent on the 24th of March in time because the addressee’s address is incorrect.
Please print out the invoice copy attached and collect the package at our office.

DHL Customer Services.

The attachment is normally disguised as an invoice, quote or delivery confirmation. If you are waiting for an email from DHL is it best to contact them first, if not don’t open the email just delete it.
