Our remote support service enables us to help you to fix your computer without us taking your computer away.

How It Works

After downloading and running the special host program on your computer we will be able to connect to your computer and work on it as if we were actually sat there in front of it.

Don’t worry about opening your system up to every hacker on the Internet. The only people that know the password are us. When you run the software we will ask you for the ID number (this changes each time you run the software). We will then be able to connect securely

Download and Run

• Click the Download button at the bottom of this page
• Save the software to your desktop or another location on your computer that you will be able to find easily
• Double click on the file when it has been downloaded to launch it.
