“How long will the repair take?“
We always endeavour to complete a job within 24 hours. Some PC’s or Laptops may take a bit longer if new parts are needed, which we don’t have in stock. If this is the case we keep you updated with an estimated time of repair.
“Will my data be safe?“
Yes your data is safe; before we carry out any complex repair a backup of your data will be taken. We also strongly recommend that you make backup often yourself to avoid data loss.
“Do you repair games consoles?“
Yes we able to repair many faults with games consoles
“What is your hourly rate for repairs and upgrades?“
All work carried out in the workshop is charged at a set rate, depend on the job. For all work carried out at your premises is charged by the hour.
“Do you offer no fix no fee?“
Yes we do, for residential and business, this applies if we cannot find the problem then there is no charge. But if you decided not to go ahead with the repair a diagnostic fee of £25.00 for our time is charged, if you do decide to go ahead with the repair then the diagnostic fee is waived.
“Do you repair laptops?“
Yes we do.

“Do you charge a call out fee?“
Yes we do.
“What do you require to carry out the repair?“
To carry out a repair on a desktop computer, we will repair the computer tower.
If it’s a laptop we will require the laptop and power adapter to carry out the repair.
“Do you offer a same day service?“
Yes, this is offered to both residential and businesses, who require there pc back the same day. This service is only available for work carried out in the workshop and pc’s dropped off before 10.30am. There might be an additional fee for this service.
“Do you replace laptop screens?“
